African Leadership Academy (ALA) is the foremost pan-African leadership development institution established to transform Africa by developing a powerful network of ethical entrepreneurial leaders who will work together to address Africa’s greatest challenges, achieve extraordinary social impact and accelerate the continent’s growth trajectory. Through a world-class program centred on Entrepreneurial Leadership, the Academy has trained nearly a thousand young leaders from 47 African countries in our flagship pre-university Diploma Program and now sits at the forefront of developing impactful young leaders with the mindset, skills and networks to effect wide-scale change across the world.

ALA brings together some of the world’s most influential leadership, entrepreneurship and education experts to shape the content and delivery of our curriculum, and we consistently attract participants from all over Africa, Europe, Asia, North and South America for our global programs.
