The Next Economy Pre-Incubation Programme is a 3-month entrepreneurship development program for idea-stage and early-stage businesses to help grow their ideas and businesses into profitable & sustainable enterprises to stimulate the creation of jobs in Nigeria.
The Pre-incubation program will empower you with the knowledge, skills and tools needed to achieve growth and scale.
The bi-annual program aims to build the businesses of 60 Nigerian youths from Ideation – product development – validation to business model generation. Supporting start-ups in diverse sectors including but not limited to Agriculture, Agri-Tech, Education, IoT, green energy etc.
You will learn the following:

- Customer Analysis
- Market Segmentation
- Marketing and Branding
- Product development
- Business ideation
- Operations
- Legal nous for startups
Weekly working sessions facilitated by seasoned experts will be conducted. You will be attached to mentors throughout the program cycle, allowing you to acquire valuable insight and customized growth hacking tips to rapidly scale your user base and develop your products. At the end of the program, you will pitch to prospective investors and attempt to raise $1000 in 30days with support from NINE and The Next Economy.
