Hike for Human Rights

Once a month we have FREE Cardio Intensive Hikes visiting different hills in Abuja and environs. And sometimes we have special themed hikes outside of our regular schedule.
We will be having a hike in partnership with Amnesty International called ‘Hike for Human Rights’ on the 10th of August 2019. It is to commemorate International Youth’s Day and show youths support human rights. There will be free souvenirs for the first hikers to show up at the hike location. This hike is FREE but you are required to read the intructions and show you understand by signing up.
Points to Note:
- This hike is easy. Be ready.
- You will need Good Shoes. You won’t be allowed to hike if you wear socks, sandals, slippers or come barefoot.
- You will need at least 2 bottles of water, an energy or sugar drink and a snack.
- You will need a back pack to carry all this and take your trash back down. NO TRASH IN NATURE.
- Arrive early at the meet up point so you can here the Hike Address.
- Come ready to have fun!
